Party B : MFG GROUP CORP. 
Trust Party B to make its internet network advertisement design on Party A now , stipulate the        following clauses to observe together upon consent by both sides:

Party B should make according to the database function that both sides discuss and decide.

     1, if Party A thinks that there are flaws in the database function that Party B hands over,
should inform Party B in writing in handing over the last seven pieces of job it . Both sides discuss and decide and revise. 
     2, the website database function which Party B hands over, Party A enjoys. It offers every  form field to revise or increase free, and maintain the function to use normally. 
     3, websites pay while involving the system and installing the item , Party A must coordinate
the relevant matters .

(9) after a contract comes into force, only if there is one of the following feelings things, either party must not stop a contract wantonly : 
      1, Be agreed in writing by both sides.
      2, It can't be attributed to the origin of an incident of both sides because there are laws , policy change or other, while causing Party B to be unable to finish a contract, both sides must stop a contract . If while stopping , make the expenses to pay in accordance with every progress.

(10) Modification of contract terms this should with written for it after agreeing via both sides.

(11) Party A , while paying the relevant expenses, the ones that have this website do the 
proprietary in accordance with the law. Party B has right and relevant electronic copyright of making
in accordance with the law.

(12) If a contract have unaccomplished matters, may be that both sides agreed to sign the  enclosure is supplemented , the enclosure is treated as a part that is originally invited .
